What happened
NefteGazoTekhnologii (NGT), the Samara-based pipeline-construction specialist in Jaff Group's partner network, delivered the Mukhanovo–Kuibyshev oil pipeline in February 2025.
NGT used horizontal directional drilling (HDD/DD) to route the pipeline under terrain and existing infrastructure with minimal surface disruption — a core capability of the firm's engineering teams.
